- Roasted on Demand: We only roast after you order.
- Off-Gassing Debate: Fresh bread vs. settled bread. Some drink coffee the same day for bold liveliness. Others wait 3–5 days for smoother balance. Both are right—it’s your choice.
- Whole Bean Only: Pre-ground coffee goes stale fast. We sell only whole beans. (Exception: Ty grinds for his father-in-law because he can hand it to him fresh.)
- Half-Pound Option: 1/2 lb bags for those who want small quantities to keep coffee fresh. Inspired by European frequent-shopping culture versus American stockpiling.
